  • What makes R2 Creative different from a typical design agency?

  • Why is there no contract?
    At R2 Creative, there is no need for contracts, allowing you to pick the service plan best suited to your business and that will meet your requirements. If you feel the need to cancel, you can at any time.

  • How does a subscription plan work?
    A subscription plan is simple. You choose the plan that meets the needs your buisness requires. On our plans page you can review all our plans. Next clicking the subscription button will guide you through the process of setting up an account with R2 Creative.

  • I just subscribed to a plan, what’s next?
    Thank you for selecting an R2 Creative service plan. Now that you have selected your plan, an alert has been sent to our support staff. They will review the plan you have selected and contact you.

  • What if I need to change my billing information?
    Not a problem. Changning your account information is simple. Please log into your account at R2 Creative (insert log in link) and make any changes you need.

  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. R2 Creative takes security very seriously. We have a secure website that is up to date, providing the highest security for website transactions and your personal information. Your information is never shared with third parties. (Link to privacy policy)

  • When is my credit card charged for my plan?
    Your credit card will be charged every month, on the same date that you first subscribed.

  • Changing plans

  • What if I need a service that is in another plan?
    If you require a service that is in another plan, you can subscribe to that plan to receive that service. You can do this at any time, and change back to your old plan if you wish. We want you to have flexibility.

  • Can I change or modify my plan anytime?
    Yes. If you require more or less services, changing your plan is easy. Navigate to the plans page, click on the new plan you want to subscribe to. Next log in to your account settings and the navigatiojn will guide you through the process.

  • What if I change my plan before the next billing date?
    Changing your plan anytime during your billing cycle will not interfere with your billing. When you change your plan, you will be charged the new amount, and your credit card will either be reimbursed or charged the difference in price plan.

  • What if I need weekend assistance, but I am not subscribed to the Charlie plan?

  • I already have Google Ads, why do I need someone to set it up, or monitor it?
    Google AdWords is constantly changing and so should your advertising. This is where we can help by reviewing your campaigns and AdWords, tailoring them specifically to your business, and reviewing analytical data on a monthly basis to reduce cost of advertising but increasing your Google presence.

  • What if I already have an existing website why do I need R2 Creative?
    At R2 Creative, we take the time to review your site to see how we can make improvements for you, such as security, to make your website current and up to date, optimizing what your website can do for you.

  • What if I like the Logo I currently have?
    We respect the work you have already put into your business. We just need to make sure it meets industry requirements to ensure it can be used on your website, business cards making sure your logo identifies your presence on a multifunctional level across the web.

  • Will I own the rights to my logo/ emblem that you design for me?

  • What if I am not happy with my design?
    We are happy to work with you to make sure we come up with a product that you are happy and satisfied with and that meets your needs.

  • How long does a website / Logo / Emblem take to produce?
    As this is part of the creative process, our goal will be to get this to you within 6-8 weeks depending on how many changes you require.

  • Who pays for orders of business cards, signs, post cards?
    Under all three plans, two runs of 1500 business cards are included in your plan. As for signs, in all three plans we will design your signs, send them to print, and have them delivered to you and you are responsible for the cost of print and install of signs, if needed. In the plans Bravo and Charlie, we will design post cards if needed. This is listed in the design extras on the services tab.

  • What if I need more than two printings of business cards per year?
    If you require more than two printings per year, we are to happy to supply the design and printing company but you will cover the price for the printing of the cards.
